Much has been shared about the past few months.  The rates, the market, the buyer and seller trends; all information is centered on consumer behavior.  At least that's my opinion.  

I believe buying and selling a piece of property is the most complex financial undertaking anyone can take.  From deciding to buy or deciding to sell, that alone takes courage, or better yet, faith that the market will be favorable to whichever 'side' you're on.  Consumerism is a behavior that is widely researched and it is my opinion that investing in, at the very least, your home - a place to lay your head every night - a place that is your calm - a place that can (and will) become your hobby  - is the best way to ensure that your assets will literally protect you.  

Invest in your place that you can call home.  It's really that simple.  

Don't let the rates distract you from your motivation.  The market will ebb and flow, that's happened historically  from as far back as I have read.  Invest in your place wherever that might be.  It will be one of the most thrilling times of your life (to invest) and I'm here to help.
